To shorten the shoulder, make a mark in the middle of the shoulder and the half of the armhole, the line should not make an angle by touching the armhole.
Connect these two points, then cut along the line starting with the shoulder to the armhole leaving a grip.
Report the distance to remove from the grip to the neckline. Paste the cut-out part against that mark.
Redraw the shoulder. Check whether the armhole hasn't got angle, if so redraw it.
Do the same on the front and back of the bodice.
